great location close to the beach and the main strip! easy to find, walkable for most things in waikiki. building is a bit dated and the breakfast is nothing to write home about, but the rooms were clean and the staff was mostly friendly. would book again as the pricing is more reasonable than most places in the area.

Good location. 2 min walk to the beach but most hotels in the area are close to the beach. Hotel is aging and it shows. Limited breakfast is mediocre but convenient. Pool area is unimpressive. Car rental in lobby very convenient and staff was helpful. We had what had to be one of the worst rooms in the building. Right in front of the elevator on a lower level. Very noisy at all hours of the night and morning. Cleaning staff was amazing.

I have steady at this property before and over time I have noticed a large increase in parking a vehicle as well as a large amount of unsavory characters talking to themselves, yelling and taking of their clothes. I assume there is a pretty large increase in mental health and homelessness in this area. The hotel otherwise has an amazing staff, I enjoy towels for the beach and pool, the new game area and small work out spot..
