I have charged with resort fee but the swimming pool area chairs are so dirty and you don’t even want to stay there. Property needs to be upgraded. Complimentary breakfast was great and staff are kind great customer service.

Ocean view was obstructed, but still nice to have it. Short walking distance to Waikiki beach. Service is good, the staff is friendly. Visit same hotel for many years.

The hotel was alright, location was convenient for hanging out in Waikiki and being by the beach. Parking is a joke though for there’s very limited amount of spots to park in. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable for us! The shower had mold growing in the grout in the bottom and had very little water pressure but everything else was great! Big thing to go ahead and expect is if you’re parking here as well then plan on spending and extra $100 a night at check in.. charged me $47 a day to park and a $52 “amenity fee” a night as well.. had to pay an EXTRA $601 at check in to park in the limited spots which you have to fight for and the added fees when I had already paid for the room in advance… Everyone working there was very friendly and nice so definitely appreciated that. O’ahu was lovely but if we returned we would probably stay somewhere else just due to that.. if you’re going to be unexpectedly paying that much extra might as well book the more expensive hotel with better amenities..

From our room the sun set was beautiful view. Room was clean, the sraff were friendly.There was one day that they forgot to replace the paper cups for the coffee in the room but it overall amazing stay.

Elevators often had a very long wait despite there being 3 different elevators. Clean, very friendly staff. Being just a block away from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the International Marketplace was very convenient.

Hotel and rooms are dated. No where to get coffee (breakfast staff don't allow you to get coffee then come back for food). Breakfast consists of salad, miso soup, scrambled eggs, pastries, toast (not a traditional continental breakfast). Backside of hotel over looks alley with trash / construction starting at 5am. Heard it every morning except Sunday, so little opportunity to sleep in. Other than that, excellent location.

I chose this resort for its overall value and excellent location, and it did not disappoint. While the rooms were somewhat dated—as others have mentioned—they were spotless and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive to every request, making our stay feel genuinely welcoming. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but the bed was comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. The lei-making session was a delightful highlight and truly added to the Hawaiian experience. The property’s views were beautiful, and the daily continental breakfast was outstanding—hearty enough to keep us satisfied well into the afternoon. A special thank-you to Michelle and Park for their warmth and hospitality; they went above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Overall, this resort offered a wonderful balance of affordability, comfort, and aloha spirit.

This hotel was definitely family friendly! Great staff. It took me 2 mins to touch the sand of the beautiful Waikiki beach. McDonalds is just downstairs a few steps away from the hotel. We met a lot of families and had a great time at the hotel. To the cleaning staff- THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING.

We like the cleaning staff and the beach view. We like the location but when we got there to register we had some issues before we went there I called and requested a lower floor and when we got there they gave us floor 12 and we asked again for a lower floor and they told us that we had to go the next day. They told us that we had to check out and return at3:00i considered that if we paid for a room they should give us priority to go in before 3:00. We left the hotel and returned about 1:30 p.m. and I asked the clerk if my room was ready that my husband wasn’t feeling good that he had high blood pressure and she told me that we had to wait until 3:00 like new customers. Is like we were there for first time. When I asked her to give me the manager name she said you still have to wait until 3:00p.m. I understand that when you get there for first time is okay but we already paid for something that we couldn’t use for they own mistake. Because we were clear and called them requesting a lower floor. Another issue they AC wasn’t working properly because the filter was dirty.
