We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and had several issues. We were given a different room than what we reserved, the bathroom had mold, and there was a lot of noise from the hotel across the street — the balcony door didn’t seem to seal well. Housekeeping was great and the location was very convenient for walking around Waikiki. However, there was no late checkout and we were charged unexpected resort fees at check-in.

We were on the 18th floor but still very noisy with the windows closed. The outside garbage trucks were doing the round emptying bins before 6am and woke us up. The room was dated but clean. We had a corner suite and the view from the balcony was fantastic

Paid extra to add breakfast and it was not good. Same thing every day. Upon check in we were given one roll of toilet paper and add to ask for more…we still end up running out. The bathroom was incredibly small.
