Perfect location to walk to Kalawa and to the beach. The room is cleaned with good service. I just don't like the new management when they canceled the free breakfast and charged $20 each without announcing ahead of time. When I talked to the day manager, he didn't seem to care and refused to give us any incentive when I know for sure he can easily authorize a couple of vouchers.

Everything was good. Clean . Breakfast was good. But the beds were smaller than usual hotels Location was also just around the corner from the beach. A lot of stores restaurants. Right next to the Honolulu Zoo

Upon arrival, to my surprise, my partner and I were NOT greeted, but rather met with "Let me have your ID" by Conner (I asked his name in disapproval). I found that really rude and odd. Nevertheless, the hotel is older and in need of updates. Great proximity to the beach.

Fantastic location only one minutes walk to the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and having the added benefit of a free breakfast was great. Some of the front desk staff were a bit miserable though, which wasn’t a great first impression. We paid for a sea view which didn’t disappoint however the bathroom could have done with a refresh as there was black around the tub & tiles and the bath/shower combo was the size of an rv one. I also found having carpet in the room a bit odd. Beds were super comfortable which we also liked.

Hotel is nice, love the open lobby. Our room was very clean and had a great view. Very close to the beach and great food spots. The bathtub/shower was super small and didn’t allow space to move the shower head so the bathroom floor always ended up with a decent amount of water. Beds were not super comfy. Staff were all really nice.
