Property is good, near the beach, clean, staff are friendly except the part where we check in. They let us wait till past 3pm while a group of Koreans came and got to check in first than everybody else that are waiting in the lobby for hours. Only 1 restaurant in the building and ice machine is too far… only 1 and on the 2nd floor.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location - one block from the beach. Plenty of choice in terms of shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, bars, convenience stores it was all right there. I would consider staying at this property again. Pool was lovely, breakfast was great with lots of options. We were there for 5 days so it was nice to be able to do our own washing with amenities downstairs. It was everything you could as for. If you wanted a rental you could book it - sightseeing there was someone to arrange that for you. Parking was convenient and easy.

The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to waikiki beach. Rooms are clean, continental breakfast is great and staff is courteous. The biggest highlight for me is Zen Fitness that offers a daily workout class included with your stay at Waikiki Resort. Coming from the mainland we are all jetlegged and guess what? We wake up early! Take advantage of this 7 am class that takes place right on waikiki beach in walking distance from hotel. Both Julia and Chloe are fantastic coaches who will guide you through the routine paying attention to your fitness level. It is a great energy booster to start your day in Honolulu!

Two minutes walk to the beach, and close to many restaurants and shopping mall (appox 5-10 min walking). Rooms are smaller and darker than pictures. Weak fridges, not very cold. Nice lobby area, has water station. The luggage holder staff was very sweet. All staff were sweet and accomodating. Microwave/ kitchen area was a bit old fashioned and non working sinks. Pool was nice and clean. Cleaning staff were nice and left the cleans nicely cleaned.

Paid for parking is what I do not like. They charge 45$ a day to be able to park at their hotel. I get parking is hard to find, but I would rather they have option of free parking, and first come first serve method. Good thing about the place is that it is walking distance to most places, very convenient.
