We were so close to the beach less then a block. The view was amazing . Yhe maids kept our room up daily. Everyone was kind and friendly.

The elevator make so much noise thats all you hear all day long in your room. Hotel lost power and could not make breakfast that was prepaid and refused to compensate for that day. This hotel is old and has no back up power for rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access everything you need. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist you. The only minor issue was the spotty Wi-Fi connection.

The room only had one lamp , there was hair on my sink that was not ours like someone shaved the 200 extra resort fee is not worth it the pool smells the rugs smell the doors wouldn’t open right to come out to balcony it was horrible and then u don’t have any complimentary parking it’s 50$$$$ a night wow. They said we only paid for the room so u don’t own the resort fee is included once y get there and have. No option but to pay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is extremely limited which is a little disheartening considering the $45 per night parking fee. The rooms are comfortable but dated and could use some repairs.

Great location to the beach. Had a nice high floor room with balcony and view of the ocean. Buffet breakfast had lots of options daily. Walking distance to many shops and food options. Even enjoyed the onsite morning lai making class.

The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable. Cleaning staff extremely loud at 6 am slamming supply heavy supply room doors. Electrical outlet on one wall was not working. Rooms need to be updated with usb ports to charge electronics. Staff was some what friendly.

Overall the hotel was good. Rooms could use an updating. Table on the balcony would have been nice. Lost power a couple of time due to the wind storms and cable/internet was out for most of a day. Had to have staff come and repair it. Pool was closed for a couple of days because of the wind. A hot tub would have been a nice touch on the pool deck. Didn't feel like we got good value for the resort fee because of the outages but I relalize they can't control the weather.

The staff was great. The door to the balcony was very hard to open. My wife couldn’t open it on her own. When we arrived the weather was horrible, and we went two days without power in our room and 3 days without any tv. We understand that you cannot control the weather but with the weather being horrible it was insult to injury to sit in a dark room. The resort did not accommodate us in any realm and although they offered apologies, we still felt a bit jaded being as we spent good money to sit in the dark.
