I would’ve rated this higher, except for the fact of my reservation had some issues when I reserved the room. It stated availability for two doubles or a king I chose a king when I got the confirmation for my reservation. It said two doubles, so I immediately contacted the hotel through email. The response from the hotel was that they would honor the king bed reservation request. When I checked into the hotel, the representative would not honor the email I received and no changes were done in the computer. The only way I was going to get a king bed was to pay an upgrade fee. I paid the upgrade fee because I was not going to be on vacation with using two double beds other than all of that mishap the hotel and room were fine.

Rooms were decent but showers are very small and hard to move around in. Also the pool is pretty small, but most people go to the beach anyway. Nice restaurant to eat breakfast in, reasonably priced, also great location right across from the beach! All in all good hotel and would stay there again for the price.

The area where the hotel is at is nice. But the hotel itself is pretty run down the rooms have a bit of a smell to it. & the free breakfast is very limited & bland. The staff is very nice & accommodating.

Where to start. The bathroom was small. The shower was tiny. The carpet was gross. The “city view” was a view into the complex across the street. When we checked in the guy at the front desk was short, like we were bothering him. The continental breakfast was interesting. The food was cold and you weren’t allowed to take anything out of the dining room. We were made to leave our 2 apples that we were going to take back to our room for later. The restaurant in the hotel is only open in the morning. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and learned our coffee habits pretty quickly and left extra coffee for us.

Clean room, pleasant staff, great location, good prices. The shower was way too small, the rooms need updating and we were supposed to have a partial ocean view but a parking garage was blocking it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good home base while visiting Oahu.

The room was clean. The view from the Deluxe corner room was amazing. The free breakfast was very good. The house keeping was very good and they cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. The hotel is located 2 minutes to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 stars highly recommend.We stayed here for 7 days highly recommend this hotel.
