Perfect location and place
I had a problem with the apartment, which they handled really well. The second apartment had absolutely no issues. The place is really central very close walk to great restaurants and stores and of course to the cultural precinct. Easy parking and just everything that you need.

The location and view were amazing, however, the state of the property left us somewhat disappointed. Definitely needs a higher standard of cleaning and maintenance in future.

The unit was ok. Carpets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the common area out near the lifts smelled of garbage.
This property offers a great place to base your trip to Brisbane from. Public Transport options are plentiful within a short walking distance.
The property facilties were great woth the pool being a huge bonus with kids.

Apartment was nice but just stink of stale cigarettes really badly
A nice apartment. Great view of the river. Helpful front counter staff. No daily room clean which suits me. They do a clean at 7 days but you can request additional items such as shampoo or towels at no charge before 7 days. Would stay again.

Nice but needs a good clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is getting tired. Towel rails falling off walls. Dings in most walls. Scuff marks on surfaces. Dishwasher was revolting. Had not been used with cleaning products in a long time. There was no cleaning products in the apartment at all.
Some minor repairs and a good clean would go along way.

Moukd on the ceiling of the bedroom and the showrr leaked so m7ch the bathmat coukd be wrung out.
The best part of our stay was the location and city views. Unfortunately the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was in very poor condition. There was an unpleasant smell and the floors, walls, furniture and kitchen were not clean. The dining chairs, lounge, and carpets were badly stained, dust visible under coffee table and bedroom furniture, crumbs and potato crisps on floor under coffee table, sock left in washing machine and in the garden on balcony, food scraps in garden on balcony, belongings of previous guests left in cupboard, including a pair of shoes, and every kitchen item we used had to be washed before use as they was dirty. It was disappointing that we had to keep reminding our 4 year old not to sit on the carpet or lounge as they are too dirty!
Not worthy of the positive reviews I read prior to booking. I understand that this is not a new property, but there are no excuses for such poor cleaning and maintenance.

I stayed here for two nights and went to bed early for the first night and didn’t realise that the bed sheet was with mildew spots on it and it worried me a lot for the potential infection it might cause. And their reception finished early, which means that I can’t go and talk to them regarding what I found, not to mention inconvenience of garbage disposal requirements make it worse because it was not working properly and all garbage bags was piled there in front of the garbage disposal room. For more details I do took photos of the bed sheet.
The property is modern and well located. Unfortunately the drains in our particular unit smelt for the entirety of our lengthy visit requiring fans to run constantly, and frequent running of the taps.
Management were responsive in sending maintenance to take a look on one occasion however, nothing changed.
Other than this, the property was good however, the pungent odour did leave a sour taste on the stay.

Spectacular view
Beautiful property with magical view - close to pubs and supermarkets and south bank. Had everything to self cater - staff were amazing and I could not fault the room - highly recommended.
Great apartment in a really awesome location. Friendly and helpful staff. I loved the communication before my stay as to my arrival details, and that my room was available even though I arrived early. This was much appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay.
The property is safe and in a quiet location easy access to the main bus and train stations. One thing I like most is key access to the building by the residents only and visitors to the apartment, so I feel very safe during my stay at Ivy and Eve. The rooms are also nice and clean.
