Room was spotless and so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Nice bright windows with lots of natural light. We enjoyed a bit of time lying in the sun by the pool when we arrived before heading into Brisbane for an evening. When you come out of the terminal, follow the sign for "Hotels/Conference Center"...yes you walk through the parking garage but it's a very well signed walk. When we left for our international flight in the morning, we walked back to the domestic terminal and then caught the free shuttle to the international terminal (which is quite a ways distant from the domestic!). We left the hotel about 3 hours before our Delta international flight boarded on a sunday morning and had PLENTY of time. Going into Brisbane for the evening, we took an Uber which was about 20 minutes to the South Bank. Lovely city center! Then we took the 50 cent city cat ferry back to Northshore Hamilton and caught an Uber home from there which gave us the lovely sights along the way.

Room was lovely, staff very helpful friendly. Only downfall was $8 for 5 min bus ride my mum could not walk it but i could should be paid by hotel for cost of room. The club lounge was terribly poor only a couple juice and soft drink. Coffee and tea. A jar of biscuits and fruit that seemed old. We got 2 drink vouchers at the bar but had to wait till 5pm but we wrre going out so could not use them

View. Looked over to the airport and down to the pool. Had a nice atmosphere. I’m staying there again in April. Im expecting my room and view to be as good as this one was. Bar, staff, amenities, coffee shop/cafe next door were good as well. Enjoyed our drinks at the bar and met some lovely people there.

Small bathrooms. No soap near bath - only liquid soap on walk. Poor service in bar - I walked out Efficient check in but don’t understand the benefit of prior online check in - it doesn’t save any time for the guest
