Room was in good condition, also very good location to the main shopping centre and South bank restaurants. Parking was okay just a challenge to enter the garage entrance due to a very narrow alley way.

Although staff were nice, place was a nightmare. Parking was impossible to find, no signage and down a weird alleyway. Entrance to car park was so small a motorbike would find it hard entering. Then when you get down there it stinks of garbage. Got to our room, very very basic, small, dark, but i guess maybe that’s what you should expect for that price range in the CBD. Also the food/snacks they put in the room (that they charge you for if you eat them) were covered in dust sooo gross! Will definitely never come back here. Please do not think about booking accommodation at this place lol. Only positive is that it is quite close to a lot of stuff.

This hotel is very badly in need of an update. For what we paid I would have expected something slightly better and at least cleaner. Carpets were very badly stained and dirty, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower kept going from warm to cold, back to warm and back to cold the entire time. The only real saving grace is the convenience of the location
