Lovely apartment with excellent city views — I’d highly recommend staying on level 15 or above for the best outlook. The apartment itself was comfortable and well located. The pool area was good, though there was a noticeable smell which suggested it may need some maintenance. The main downside was the very low water pressure, which made showering difficult, and the air conditioning was hit and miss, it struggled to cool the apartment properly during 35° days. Overall, despite a few issues, we would definitely consider staying again.

The apartment was spacious with everything needed for a few nights stay such as laundry powder for washing clothes, soap for dishes, shampoo and such in the bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. It was easy walking distance to the train station, grocery, restaurants and strolling along the river in South Bank. I did not use the rooftop pool or BBQ area but had a look. It was also clean and there was plenty of space for a group of people. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel room dirty especially bathroom. Around the trash bin and under the kitchen sink. Around the washing machine area. Blinders. Bed dated a hole in the middle so you can’t lie properly. Sofa dated. Television poor quality. Receptionist Paula tried her best to accommodate.
