Lovely to receive an upgrade to a balcony room. Room was a good size with a separate bedroom. Hotel is in a great position, close to ferries and buses.

This was a really nice property with a nice view and everyone was very friendly and they had free washers and dryers which were nice since we’re traveling all around Australia for such a long period of time. The food was excellent and the rooftop bar is really nice too. I would definitely recommend it

The location was perfect, walking distance to the Story Bridge and bus station. The free use of the washer and dryer was very convenient after travelling for a while.The welcome drink was a nice touch. The pool looked very cool, but I didn't use it because of the weather.

The room itself was roomy and comfortable. however it stunk of dampness. The bathroom had obviously flooded at some pint and the odour of the room was dreadful. can't believe you would place a guest in there.

Moldy and smelly

The price was cheap, so I thought I’d try them out again. Before you even check in you’re spammed with 6 emails/messages from the hotel! Like major harassment! And it’s simple things that every hotel has eg we have a restaurant, pay for parking etc. The room I was staying in smelt even worse with mould and drain problems then the other rooms I’ve had before. Something major needs to go on in their bathrooms to remove the dangerous mould and clean their drains.
