Not a 5 star property by some distance 4 star at best, dated rooms, ancient tv, limited charging points, grubby carpet & very basic decor & furniture. Far removed from genuine 5 star options like Four Seasons, Hyatt & Mondrian etc. Needs an urgent refurb. Nice staff though - always friendly

Quite disappointing

We were expecting an outstanding hotel for the price - and were left a little disappointed. Our room smelt damp, and definitely needs an update- there are no PowerPoints next the to bed, the tv was tiny, the plants on the outside of the room looked cheap and tacky, still left in cheap Black pots.
