Didn’t have to dodge traffic trying to enter the hotel. Good spots to temporarily park while checking in. Underground carpark $30 per day is good. Each time we got an Uber, they arrived around 4 mins. Hotel room was lovely. A smallish view, but nice one overlooking the city. Nice facilities in the room. Huge comfy bed. Stayed two nights. Would definitely recommend.

Door to room wouldn't shut without being pushed or pulled as it was constantly catching on the carpet on the floor. On arrival the air quality in both the hall way on my level (7) and in my room was musty and smelt stale. Meals in both restaurant and bar were pleasing.

Great location, super close to beautiful Roma Street Parkland and walking distance to Queen Street Mall and public transport. The check-in staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Room was great, I didn’t interact with staff much, but was hung up on using the phone at one point. Pool was good, breakfast was okay. The area is a bit difficult to get to by foot from Roma street. Overall a really nice experience.
