Great rooms and close to everything

Amazing location, friendly staff and great spacious room! Rooftop area is great too for sunset, with sweeping views of Brisbane. Close to cafes, great restaurants and James street. Highly recommend staying here - we will be back again soon!

We had an overnight stay as had a function nearby. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good sized kitchen with a full sized fridge. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good place for short or longer stays. Easy walking to local cafes and James Street 5 minutes walk. Can definitely recommend.

Was super clean and modern. Worth the price I paid for sure! Always nice to have a balcony. The GHD hair dryer and straightner was pretty cool! Staff were lovely. Definitely recommend 🌟

This hotel was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the action in Fortitude Valley without all the noise if you stay really close.. The room itself was really spacious and modern with everything you could need. Shops are close by and and you have a kitchen if you need it

When getting off the lift at my floor, it smelt like smoke, like every room on that floor were smoking as it was really bad. The furniture within the room was oversized/bulky and no vanity in the bathroom. The gym was cardio only, wish it had weights in there as well. Price per night I would say were overpriced for what it was. When leaving the car park it wasn't automatic and had to wait for a staff member to manually open the car park door. Staff were friendly, however, I would not stay here again.

The hand basin in the bathroom blocked water doent run out takes awhile and kitchen sink needs new plug water drains out slowly and yiu end uo with no water in sink

Lack of attention to the details that make a stay. Too few towels, no little vanity sets, toothbrushes etc. or even a biscuit or two at the coffee station like most other hotels in this price range have as standard. The carpets have a strange smell. Overall it was fine for a night but I wouldn’t return.

The Check in was so easy. Great staff and professionalism. The only issue we found was the TV wasn’t a smart TV and didn’t connect to apps as we are used to. But we didn’t spend too much time in the room. No hot tub and the gym was a bit disappointing. Bed was only a queen and a bit cramped for 2 large adults. But the overall stay was great. I would stay again if it were just me, but not suitable for me and my husband.
