Across road from City Botanical Gardens was a very major plus. Breakfast decent. Didn't have supper here. Room decent. QBar loses 11pm to note.

The staff were lovely and efficient. I had a fantastic sleep despite the fire alarm being activated at midnight! The staff were very apologetic, and there was no emergency. Loved the bathroom facilities, which included a Japanese-style intelligent toilet. Overall, a seamless and comfortable stay for a fly-in/fly-out quick stop in Brisbane.

Shower head could not be adjusted, sat at a low height and adjustment broken. Staff informed but they didn’t care. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. No water. Areas of the hotel blocked off due to renovations. Long wait for lift to room with our bags as one not working. Room on second floor, supposedly deluxe but nothing deluxe about it.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal on the Park. Service was fantastic, rooms were clean and service was impeccable. We had to leave very early for a medical procedure. The staff kindly made us breakfast boxes which were so helpful and delicious. We'll be back there again next time we're in Brisbane.

Great location.

A great location. The hotel is an older building, so, rooms are of a more “traditional” look & feel. However, perfectly clean, functional and acceptable. The location is fantastic, directly opposite the botanical gardens and only a short stroll from the bridges to the south bank and a variety of bars and restaurants.
