We had an issue with our toilet they sent someone straight away to try fix. We were then upgraded and given free drink voucher. Great service and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Location was great also

Loved the park view King suite. Very clean and spacious. Lovely informative staff. Had a nice breakfast in our room. Great amenities. Good size outdoor pool & spa with plenty of deck chairs. Close to Queen St Mall. Buses and City Cats basically at your door. Great central location. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10.

The property is beautiful and the room very comfortable and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. We had an issue with the bidet toilet leaking which the staff address quickly and had no other issues with our stay. Would love to visit again!
