We stayed in this hotel every time we go to Hawaii due to its location. However, this time was by far the worst experience. Our room was above the restaurant which we could not sleep until passed midnight due to the noise from downstairs. The front desk was not helpful as well when we needed help with their app. This was the worst experience I had so far in Hawaii.

The room amenities, appointments, even the toiletries were luxurious. Beautiful bathroom and gorgeous balcony view. Room service dining from the restaurant was delicious. The pool area was beautiful. The welcome tea upon check-in was a nice touch. Check-in area was beautiful. Staff was professional and helpful from the car entrance and elevators, to check-in, to bell service, room service, housekeeping, and pool area staff. Sushi Sho was special. Thanks for the anniversary towel swan and flower petal welcome.
