Room was clean, but the reason for my low rating is because the valet employee stole $100 from my wallet while I was checking in. I realized I left my id/wallet in the car right after they took my car because I needed it for check in. When the worker went back for it, I noticed $100 out of the $190 that I had missing. I didn’t want to assume so I waited until getting back home to make sure it wasn’t misplaced. Sure enough it wasn’t. I’m still waiting for management to get back to me, I called them early morning yesterday because peoples actions should have consequences! Makes me wonder how many others they do this to, and I’m worried he may have taken my debit card information as well since it was in the same place as the money.

The property should disclose valet is first come first serve basis. When valet is full you have to park 2 blocks away and pay additional fee. The breakfast was not great. Pigeons flying over the tables since it is outside dining. Just crowded. Front reception was not friendly.

The staff was very friendly. They have all the beach stuff you need with chairs, towels, sand toys, boards. It’s easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants. Parking is a bit expensive, but if you Uber there you can walk to a lot.

Decent breakfast, good location, very close to Waikiki walls beach. Valet cost is comparable to other like hotels. Suggest looking for free street parking first. Would stay again.
