Hotel in a good location. Rooms were little small to move around. Not enough space for large suitcases. Was clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast could have been better . Overall good experience.

Hi. This was a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was outdated. Bathroom Ceiling paint was peeling off. Outdated shower. The sink was open to the bedroom. You couldn't wash your teeth without waking up rest of the family. A constant knocking was coming from the level above on level 14. We tried to change. As this was the hotel problem. They were going to put us in the other tower. That room felt worse than this one. When i said the noise is your hotel issue. At least give us an ocean view room. They said no. So, we just decided to stay in the same room, as we felt like we had no choice. They weren't very accommodating. Another worst part of the stay was the buffet breakfast. This is the worst breakfast I have ever had in my entire life while staying at the hotel. This wasn't buffet breakfast. It was like continental breakfast in a 2-star hotel. Only hot food one day was just already wrapped muffin and egg. Which tasted like cardboard. It must have been fake powder eggs. Then another day the pancake was hard as a rock. You can knock someone with it. Hardly any fruits. Tin pineapple. Coffee was disgusting. We had to clean up our own tables. Only thing staff was doing was taking plates from the rubbish station. Also, I found hair in the egg one day. I told the staff. They said its not ours. Our kids didn't want to eat the food at the hotel. So we had to buy them breakfast from outside. I can't write anymore. As I have more to say. Not worth the money. Not Happy

Alpha from WA state! The room was clean. Violeta was doing a great job every day. The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful, they clocked us in earlier and later checked out without additional charges. Breakfast was great, delicious, and you are filled before go. Beach towels provided. Water refill machine was great, also we got water bottle with hotel logo as a gift, which was very nice.Everything was awesome. First time we stayed at Hyatt Place Hotel in 2016, it was modern and still very new. Already not new as it was 10 years ago, rooms need upgrades especially showers, but still it was a great stay. Location is awesome, close to city transportation and trolley. Also most of the tour buses that you can book, stopping on the same street where the hotel is.
