I wasn't able to use the balcony as it was filled with maintenance tools and the entrance was block. Plus the maintenance crew started their job early. when checking in, I got in late the night before so after breakfast for the first day i went back for a little nap and took off the "may later" sign by noon. I got back to the hotel around 5 my bed wasn't made the towels weren't replace. I went down to guest services Niamom told me I couldn't get it down because the cleaning staff was done in about 45 minutes. I had to email corporate headquarters to get my room cleaned for the rest of my stay. It's not like I was asking for a full cleaning services.

This hotel was walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Even our pick up to excursions was right across the street at the Marriott. Free breakfasts was perfect before our day got started. Will definitely come again

Everything was amazing. The staff were very respectful, happy and very friendly especially those Filipino staff. Teddy Dennis Mildred Erna Jeffrey Ray Rey Tina serving continental breakfast every day were delightful!!!! Housekeepers were very good as well! Front desk staff on night shift were kind and accommodating. We had a marvelous stay there overall!!

This is the most noisy place I have ever stayed at the cheapest windows could hear everything from the 14th floor and all the noise from the elevator. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was served outside. Birds are eyeing on your food if you leave your food unattended. Birds’ poo were seen on chairs and tables. I guess you can’t really control if the breakfast is served outside even though staff were trying to clean. Coffee is weak if you are a starbucks kind of person. Hotel offers filtered water for their guest. I was impressed with that service. We had no view from our lalani. I was offered an upgrade with a fee but I did not know what kind of view I was getting. Staff were okay, not particularly friendly nor bad. Location is excellent. There was no parking available when we arrived. Staff recommended a parking in another hotel which was very nice and convenient. It costs US $50 per night. Overall we had a good time staying in this hotel.

Very friendly and caring staff. Very clean and specious room with fridge, iron, safe box, the TV has Google cast which is very convenient. The location is great! Very responsive and responsible management. The only weakness the hotel has is the breakfast which is too simple, far from Hyatt expectations and standards.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is right at the spot for walking around, close to the beach, stores and zoo and everything else. The hotel provides beach towels and chair to sit on the beach! I will definitely go back and stay at the hotel again in the future.
