Hotel is located close to waikiki beach and easy to walk to main shopping and dining areas. The parking is limited and has to pay $55 per day. I chose this hotel due to free(which already included) breakfast but the breakfast was disappointment. Only few choices for continental breakfast and few for asian. Good things, hotel provides beach towels, chairs and some other stuff which was a plus. Also, you can fill your water bottle from the machines in lobby. Lastly, the housekeeping was best and I would like to thank everyone who helped us. But, the reception employees must be debonaire and kind, especially when a guest leaving, they must be willing to help because it’s the last impression. The employee who closed the account for me was the worst one I ever saw in my entire life. Other then that, I would like to thank everyone.

Hotel was nice good location, a block from the beach and central to stores etc, view from our room was good. My only complaint is that we had to go to another hotel and use there pool and the pool was very small especially for hotel that big so two full hotels using a small pool wasn’t much space

Family of 5 with teens and an 8 yr old, stayed here for a week during the tsunami warning. The hotel manager on duty advised us what to do (suggestion: stay above 4th floor, as they will move you above that level for safety purposes) and fire alarms and speaker in room were working fine throughout the event. Food was predictable with Jimmy Dean sandwiches every other day leaving us wanting for a special breakfast and change. Otherwise, very walkable and near trolley stops and very conveniently located near beaches and zoo, and restos.

There is no bath tub in the room and pool is closed for renovation. Parking at that property is $55 + Tax. So we hve to find out for meter parking every day. They provide beach towel and chairs for first come first serve. Breakfast is very good verities. Very clean. Only thing I do not like it when I check uot after 6 night, front desk person said that she could not find my credit card on their system. She refund $40 cash and no recieve provided. She ask my E mail address and told me that she will send the E mail. I can not wait and I left the hotel without recieve. Because, I can not be miss my flight.

My only complaint is that it was a little noisy however we were only on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was ok. Not bad but not great either. Free breakfast so no real complaints. The coffee was good! The staff were very accommodating. After checkout we were allowed to leave our luggage for a while since we had a late flight and wanted to go explore without all of the luggage instead of spending countless hours at the airport. They also refrigerated my wife’s medication until we were ready to go to the airport. Very helpful!

I liked the amenities. The free breakfast was good, although 2 out of 3 days I had an actual breakfast with eggs and the bacon one day and sausage the last day. The jimmy dean breakfast muffins weren't that good on my first breakfast day. More with the brand, not the hotel.Bed was comfy. Loved free water and unlimited water refills. The Placery had good food, but way too expensive in my opinion. Very friendly staff though. Noisy at some points due to construction at the hotel, but also just city noises too. City noises is not what I am used to. Overall, 4 stars. I would recommend it to others. Many places I went to were in walking distance, most within half-a-mile.
