Pool renovations going on, drilling at 8am. I booked this 7 months before coming, and all the hotel did was advertise that work would be happening on their site, not warn guests with an existing booking. My son nearly drowned in the alternative pool they offer at Queen Kapilani, everyone just stood around drinking their beverage watching as I pulled him quickly from the pool because it is in an adult bar. I do not recommend Hyatt I had such a terrible time and sleep here, construction noises all through out the night, and I still do not have the deposit back nearly 2 weeks later which was confirmed with Leslie from Hyatt Place over the phone 13/05 11:42pm that I would get this back for the noise issues. Still nothing.

The room was clean, fresh and renovated. Plenty of space for two people. The breakfast was quite disappointing, I only ate on the first day. But the staff were fantastic and the location was fantastic! Would recommend this hotel to others and would likely stay there again.
