There was a sewage smell coming from the ventilation in the bathroom. Even though I told the reception, they just sprayed room freshener and got over it. It was my first and last time going there. The breakfast was awful.

The hotel is nice everything is nice.but the only thing is my upgrade was two full-size beds but I didn't ask for that I supposed I got a full size bed with sofa bed. But everything else was okay checking was good and check out was perfect

The Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach was amazing. We got a discounted upgrade for my daughter's 16th birthday and had both mountain and ocean views. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Will definitely be visiting every year from now on! Aloha!

Full breakfast was included in the price. So convenient . They gave us refillable water bottles when we arrived and filter water was available all the time. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Many many restaurants and shopping options in walking distance. Didn't need a car. Very friendly staff. Service was amazing. Quite area. Rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay at The Hyatt Place Waikiki very much. Well stay there again. It was well worth it.
