Rooms not cleaned with disinfectant and very run down. Benches not wiped down. Everything inthe room was old and outdated and stained. Room service food not edible. We will never stay there again. We should have left straight away but we had no where else to stay!!!

Unlikely to return

Television kept trying to connect to Netflix - I don't have Netflix. Staff had to come up to fix it. Handset for phone in room wasn't connected properly, couldn't call Reception about TV. Bathroom terrible, mattress uncomfortable, noisy fridge. Hotel badly needs a refurbishment. I worked there 40 years ago and it feels like it hasn't been updated.

It's such an old school business type hotel, but updated in all the important ways. Really great location next to the tram stop and great secure parking. Highly recommend

The staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was absolutely fantastic, so comfortable and spacious. Dinner at the Atrium bar was delicious and really reasonably priced, and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

They charged my card without telling me, and also double charged. Then denied it. Our room was so dated and hot! We couldn’t even turn the air con off and had to open windows in the middle of winter to get some relief. No dishwasher in apartment. Bed was uncomfortable.
