We had a good stay at the Pavilion. They have good facilities and the apartment was a good size with everything we needed. Check in and out were easy. The only downside was the apartment smelled of smoke.

Room was tired but so we're we. Staff were polite. Door from Room Service was not amazing. Gurgling sink was annoying. Overall, we were looking for a bed to sleep in after a long drive and late night. This hotel met that need.

Disappointed, should not be $200 per night!! Had moths in our room, the tap water was dirty, reported it but nothing was done The hotel room was dirty.. outdated and just not worth the money they charge at all

Rooms not cleaned with disinfectant and very run down. Benches not wiped down. Everything inthe room was old and outdated and stained. Room service food not edible. We will never stay there again. We should have left straight away but we had no where else to stay!!!

Property itself is nice. But atrium room was dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. sheet and pillow very dusty We had allergy due to dust both nights. Poor air quality in the room. although air conditioning was working.
