We always stay at this property and this time the only complaint was the bed,it was uncomfortable,was unable to have a descent sleep,other than this its always a pleasure to stay at the pavillion.

We discovered we'd been upgraded by surprise & thoroughly enjoyed our spa suite. Our room was lovely & quiet, the bed was comfy & it was a perfect birthday present for me. The Atrium was incredible with all the foliage & beautifully maintained gardens. Just wish we'd had more time to enjoy the Hotel & all its facilities.

Common areas are brilliant in the Pavilion but the apartment we had because we needed a walk in shower was tired and needed an upgrade urgently. Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Restaurant food was OK and the staff were very attentive. We would stay there again but would ask if the rooms have been renovated or upgraded. Another plus is the Tram line to the city is right outside the hotel.
