The staff were fantastic. Very accomodating. Two times I asked for things and the staff went above and beyond to help. The park as a whole is amazing for families and we will be returning. We liked that the property was clean and had everything we required. We didnt like that it looked tired/old. The smart TV in bedroom xould not access the apps i.e Netflix. There was no smart TV in lounge. On longer stays this would have been an inconveninece. In summary great park, great facilities and amazing staff.

Really friendly staff but unfortunately our cabin was not cleaned, with towel on the bathroom floor still and bedding not changed. Thankfully the staff were amazing and organized another cabin which was much better but still had rubbish in the bin, and that made us question if it had been cleaned.

Loved the tranquil surroundings and activities on offer, however rec room activities were mostly broken/damaged or missing pieces. The addition of the warm spa was great given the weather was warm but not quite pool ready.

The staff here are just excellent. We have stayed before and love the convenience, the dining and the atmosphere. I booked a Ridge View cabin this time. It was clean but very old and could use a web clean on the roof.

The property was super clean and the bbq facility’s were super clean and great, the cabin is a little dated, also could do with a few extra pots and baking dishes and maybe some plastic plates and cups for the little people apart from that it was clean and comfortable.

First time we stayed in a gorgeous cabin, it was roomy and comfortable beds. This time in smaller older cabin, the beds were horrendous!!!! It would be more comfortable sleeping on cement rather than these mattress's.
