The hotel is in a great location. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. We were given a free upgrade to a beautiful room that had a kitchenette and lounge area. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and black out curtains ensured a good sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel and room itself was to an ok standard, the balcony had spider webs everywhere, the pillows were hard, definitely not worth the $340 per night, the main reason we stayed was the restaurant, marble & grain, we were very disappointed in our experience at the restaurant, the food was very over priced, and a poor quality, ordered a 300 gram sirloin, what I ended up with was a $68 t bone with no eye fillet, it would’ve been lucky to be 150 gram and over cooked , I refused it , ordered a chicken snitzel, it came with chips, no gravy, and just lettuce leaves with some dressing, I would not recommend this restaurant, definitely over priced and poor quality food, there’s 20 other places in Canberra with better quality steaks at half the price

Our stay was perfect, room was everything that was advertised with a balcony outside. The room was was very clean and we had a choice to utilise room service every day. We did pay for breakfast in advance, the food was well worth it, and the staff were always so very helpful.
