Hotel was placed for visit to Hinckley which was excellent good easy parking and a nice clean spacious room and that’s about it the rest was a complete farce another big chain hotel more obsessed with making maximum profits at customer satisfaction Saturday night and people where queuing out of the triumph bar into the hotel hall way lots of people getting angry about unopened second bar I decided to order room service to bypass this complete car crash situation only for it to take three visits from a very polite lady to get all of my meal !!! And they had the audacity to charge £6 for this farcical service!! Mentioned my concerns to staff when leaving on Sunday morning with my concerns written down on what looked like a scrap of paper and told I’d hear from a manager!!! Still waiting hotel Leonardo!!
When will businesses realise customer service cones above profits or else you’ll have no customers and no profits
