Charm boutique hotel Brighton

We loved our stay at the Charm boutique hotel, the breakfasts were great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The maids did a great job servicing the room. As we had already booked the best room with balcony as VIP guests we could not have an upgrade because we had booked the best room, so they left a bottle of prosecco in the room for us. My only gripe was the weather was lovely and to access our balcony we had to climb in and out of the window, as 68 year olds this was an issue, and the hotel could do with changing the bay windows with doors as they are in their sister hotel the Seascape. Apart from this I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Spa hotel with no spa

Staff really pleasant and helpful however I went to this hotel to enjoy the spa and all the photos show a hot tub. The hotel does NOT have a spa there is a separate privately owned one next door where you can book and pay for everything additionally. There is a hot tub in the garden of the guest house bootable at £35 per hour per person. None of this is evident on their website. So no spa break. Parking is £15-£17.50 every 24 hours. So looking forward to my spa night away, was a major disappointment

Exceptional hotel, cosy, friendly and very clean!

The Charm Boutique is so well situated and room 5 has a lovely sea view from the window seat. Central to the beach and town and a parking token for £15 can be purchased for parking anywhere in zone C. Room was cosy and incredibly clean smelling fresh with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was scrumptious with all choices and staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Big shout out to the exceptional warm greeting from Christine on Front of House who had exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, warm and professional welcome. She was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel.

The reason of my visit was for a local music event, which wasn’t local to me! I booked to take a girlfriend away from it all, and went with recommendations on the event website. The Charm looked like it was everything I wanted in a “away from home” stay….. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations in every way!……. Needless to say that I will be returning again

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was lovely and had some nice touches with cookies and products in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good range of food. It was 2 minutes away from the beach so it was a beautiful choice of hotels to stay in

Delightful stay

Wonderful, charming hotel. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Breakfast stunning with a great selection. Staff are all very polite & helpful. I stayed in the king suite and really enjoyed it.

The Charm was perfect

We had a lovely stay at The Charm. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you’d want. Bathroom was lovely and bright, with a huge bath tub. Ideally situated for Brighton and discovering the city.
