Breakfast has limited options and especially for vegetarian , hardly any thing for vegis. On the whole , really nice pleasant staff , Clean tidy Safe Lovely rooms for families with kids . Spacious .

Staff were really helpful, rooms clean and bathrooms well maintained. Pool booking was frustrating but I understand why needed as it got busy. I erall for the money, cannot grumble at all. Would very happily stay again. Great value for money.

It was clean and the room and bathroom were spacious which I loved. The health and wellness section was super busy though and our toilet cover kept falling off. I struggled to sleep as well but couldn’t particularly say why.

Parking code is annoying. Staff at the bar just kept ignoring me and then had the same issue after leaving and went to the restaurant. Then had to leave there and go across the road to barnacles where I went the following night with my colleagues also. One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel.

Staff were friendly and eager to help however, the bin wasn't emptied and there were no toiletries, making it feel like the room had not been cleaned properly which is the last thing you want to believe. Wanted to ask for room service but the phone wasn't working. Things were sorted out and apologies made but first impressions are lasting. Dinner was over priced for the portion and quality of food served. We ordered takeout the rest of the trip. I must reiterate the staff were quite friendly which was a mitigating factor.
