Clean room. Staff at front house was great as was room service. The girl who checked me in was fabulous and helped me with some passport photos and allowed me to use hotel pc which I needed. Thank you to you!!! Breakfast was great with made to cook dishes. Breakfast was handled welll too. The room itself was very spacious with great beds and great lighting everywhere !!!! I would stay again!!!

Everything at this hotel is first class. Over the past few years what was a comfortable but rather tired 5 star hotel has been transformed into a modern and efficient city centre luxury hotel. We have stayed here many times over many years but the hotel is now far better than it ever was!

The room is great, we had a Jnr suite but it was missing storage. We struggled for space in the room, the room service for breakfast was excellent but in the evening it was a little bit awkward, no glasses with the champagne for instance. Overall it’s a great hotel with lovely staff, but it could do with a few tweaks.
