Beautiful decor and the bed is truly comfortable, didn’t want to leave. It’s great to have proper tea making facilities in the room (not just an espresso machine). Fantastic bar staff and fun atmosphere in the beautiful bar. Have stayed in many Bath hotels, this is now my favourite.

Room was really nice - we only booked a cosy room and I was not expected it to be as big. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Really nice hotel, excellent service - a free drink at the bar for all residents was a lovely touch. The hotel even smelled amazing!! Highly recommend

Very cosy (it was November) and comfortable. There wasn't much storage space in the room - some drawers would have been useful. Cooked breakfast was a buffet - individually prepared items (e.g. scramled eggs and toast) would have been more tempting The do-it-yourself toaster was very hit and miss.
