Bath Holiday Inn Express Stay

Well looked after ahead of the Bath Half Marathon. We were able to get a late check out if 2pm, which meant I could come back for a shower after the run Staff were very helpful.

I booked a room for two adults and two 17 year olds. The room contained a double bed and a very small ‘double’ sofa bed. The sofa bed might have been large enough for two five year olds but no one older. After a couple of talks with staff, I was given another room so we could be accommodated. We paid £25 for parking and left within the time but still received a £100 parking ticket - do not park there. We are currently trying to appeal the ticket. Not a good experience.

Wonderful weekend in Bath. Very conveniently placed as just a mile from the city centre. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room was perfect for a place to stay.

I booked the Holiday Inn as one of only a handful of places offering breakfast. Love a breakfast upon waking and not having to go on a search. The staff were super friendly from start to finish - nothing too much trouble. Asked for two extra pillows quite late in the evening and was met by a breezy and helpful person happy to help! Also ordered a couple of veggie sausages and this was not a problem!

Exactly what we needed for a break near family

All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Plenty for an express breakfast but ran out of granola and baps by the middle of the week. Room was well equipped and a very comfy bed. Overall exactly what we needed for a city break near family.

Clean and modern. Not the best area, just a little out of the city, but the staff were very good and the breakfast was surprisingly good quality. Parking is wildly expensive, even with the discount, but there aren't many good alternatives.
