Typical Holiday inn express that is not much different than others. Same mediocre food options for breakfast and overpriced afterhours food menu. The food was mediocre and expensive.. good thing they serve alcohol as well. My room was ok, but the heater broke on my 2 day and I was offered a plug in heater. Then next day after, I noticed water was leaking from the ceiling during the heavy rain days, so I used my trash can to catch it. Staff was informed and told me it was being dealt with just like the heater. Staff were very nice and helpful. They sent me to some nice cafes and restaurants around Bath. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Room in the hotel was clean and suitable for the one night I stayed there staff in the morning were excellent. However staff in the evening at reception not so much I was staying at this hotel because my mum was in the ruh hospital it had been a very long day so I was extremely tired. My bad it took me a time to realise the revolving door was manual not automatic (Like most hotels I have stayed in) All 3 receptionists were laughing and taking the piss maybe holiday needs to retrain these members of staff to be more professional or fire them.
