Despite being part-way through a huge refurb, our stay was super! The hotel is elegant and stylish with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and as it was my partner’s birthday, they left us a very welcome treat of chocs mini macarons as well as a complimentary glass of fizz. We had our dog with us and she was also made very welcome and staff gave her lots of fuss and a few treats. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Thank you for a fab stay.

Great location in Bath

There was construction happening so the restaurant was closed but we were offered a complimentary breakfast from the continental in the morning. A great selection and fresh breakfast each morning. The room was very comfortable. The WiFi was not the strongest connection. Great location as its central and nearby to many of the attractions and restaurants.

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel in perfect location for central Bath. We stayed in one of the new rooms which was fabulous. Everything was in the room that you might need including water in the fridge.

Building may be covered in scaffolding but the welcome/standards of this hotel are still top notch.

Fantastic Stay at The Francis Hotel

We had a wonderful stay here at the Francis Hotel, all the staff were very friendly. Our room was gorgeous, we had lovely breakfastsand we cannot fault anything with our stay here. we will definitely be back.

Nice hotel, but not for giants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, near Victoria Park, a very short walk to the Christmas Market, and close to many shops, resraurants, and bars/pubs. The room was great, spotless, quite comfy and the staff were excellent. The only downside was that it could get quite noisy in the room, ambulances regularly driving by and very clearly hearing doors closing and other guests in the corridors. It wouldn't deter us from staying again though!
