Very happy with the accommodation, helpful staff and great breakfast. The only minor downside was that being both having a hearing impairment a simple guide in the room, to breakfast times etc would have been helpful.

I had an amazing time at the delta Marriott the only issue I had is when I got back I realised 2 of my tops that were washed have shrunk by the laundry department which was disappointing as I had such a lovely time

the staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Room was lovely, clean and had great facilities (it just took us a minute to work out the heater/air con) and the bar had a good selection of drinks. We would stay here again as it was a great location too.

Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too. Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast. Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure. Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived. The room was cold, but clean though not in the best of conditons. Broken toilet seat, cracked sink and when I lifted the tap in the bathroom it was a bit grimy. There was a lot of road noise as the hotel is located on the main road circular for the city centre. The lifts drove me crazy too. My rom was on the 9th floor and had to wait 6 mins to get a lift down this morning to leave.
