Stayed in the signature suite , probably a bit over priced considering breakfast was extra but was an amazing room. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Bar area nice but again probably a bit over priced. All in all though a nice hotel if you are willing to meet yhe costs.
Great location in the centre of town - very helpful staff - with a stylish bar. But it’s not cheap and there were some problems. Firstly no parking provision at all - no deal with any parking providers nearby - surprising for a high-end hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room ‘The Arundel’which was quite lovely - high ceilings and spacious. Next morning there was a leak from the ceiling and we were asked to vacate to another room. This was very inconvenient as it was the morning of the wedding we were attending and got in the way of our tight schedule. The new room (the Adur) was not quite as special as our first room, although we were assured it was the same standard it was basically a low-ceilinged annexe - a bit underwhelming. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night with friends and again the staff were great but the food was average with a duck main course that was tough and over-salted and a pasta and crab dish that was dry and bland. But we overlooked it at the time and enjoyed the company we were with. Breakfast was good but not cheap - the Full English option was excellent - as you would hope for £25 a head. In summary - location and staff were great but Hotel Du Vin is not as top drawer as it might like to think. Leaking ceilings, disappointing replacement room, zero help with parking and an underwhelming restaurant took the gloss off what we hoped would be a first class experience. We’ll probably look elsewhere next time.
To be completely clear our stay in the hotel was very good, however the pre booked lunch in Bistro Du Vin was dreadful. Service or should I say lack of service, was appalling and the quality of the vegetarian meals was very poor
The hotel is a lovely building, very close to the sea front and town, staff were wonderful 😁

Fabulous stat in a beautiful hotel
Lovely stay at a beautiful hotel.
Great location.
Friendly greeting at reception.
Gorgeous room, just off a beautiful courtyard, where we enjoyed a couple of drinks in the sunshine, with excellent service from the bar staff, and again when we returned from our night out and had a drink in the stunning bar area.
We’ve stayed at other hotels in Brighton but this will now be our go to hotel when we visit again.
Lovely stay in Torres room. We were on the thrid floor, so nice and quiet, and having no lift was not an issue for us. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Lovely room, fabulous big bathroom with bath and shower, and large comfortable bed.
Breakfast was delicious too.
We parked in nearby NCP car park, and this was only a few minutes walk away.
Perfect for our 1 x night trip to Brighton. I wish we could have stayed longer.
A great stay, with friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfy beds. And probably the best hotel
Shower I’ve had.

Great hotel not great room
Great location and the team were very friendly and professional
The room condition was comfortable but the room itself I don’t like.. only windows were in the ceiling which I did t like at all and would avoid staying non this room in the future
Staff fine but room decor disappointingly grotty and uncared for - leaking brown goo from radiator, peeling ceiling in shower, chipped paint, stained carpet. Only one pillow each on bed (two in cupboard) and light stuck on in wardrobe. Room was Louis Jadot.
Amazing Room, great amenities for our baby - cot, changing mat and nappy bin was in our room. We loved every second of our stay. Highly recommend!! We even got a complimentary drink as it was my husband’s birthday.
