Member of staff who checked us in was disinterested and vague. No information given on getting to room. We weren't sure if the car park payment would be activated as we had to promot him to take our car reg, so went back down later and spoke with someone else. Room was comfortable and clean. Could hear the people in the next room talking late into the night. Plenty of parking space and very convenient for Heathrow.

Good room. Clean. Close to LHR. Good value. For some reason every guest slammed their door at 11pm or midnight or 2am, but then it got quiwt. Recommend walk to nearby Pheasant Inn for dinner.

Hotel was located outside the airport, but the shuttle is operated by a third-party expensive and difficult and expensive to find and instructions poor from hotel staff. it was clean, but the bed was not comfortable, especially for a Marriott.

Clean rooms, nice amenities such as coffee mugs, selections of coffee . Staff at reception desk very efficient , fast to get you to your room. Pay extra for breakfast but very worth it. They offer ( buffet style) English breakfast, pastries and charcuterie style selection of cheeses and meat. A person making omelets with good selection of fillings.

Room was clean and bedding very comfortable. The staff as always very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the hostess at the Garden restaurant for breakfast, remembered me from other past years of staying there.
