We, a middle-aged couple, had a wonderful stay at this property during the last part of our trip to Japan which included going to Tokyo DisneySea & Disneyland. The hotel was a few minutes walk to the Disney transit loop. There was a hotel shuttle as well which was handy during rain, for guests with strollers, and when we were just plain tired from so much walking at Disney! The staff at the hotel were stellar! Our bags were stored until check-in. Our room was spacious with 2 double beds, lots of storage, a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, shaver, hair brush, cotton set, shower cap. The room had coffee, tea, bottled water, a fridge, in-room safe, plentiful plugs and ports. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet and went to the Grande buffet which had large amounts of seating and an excellent variety of Japanese breakfast items and a good variety of more Western style breakfast foods. The buffets were very busy after 8:00am on the days were ate there. Check out was smooth and quick and our bags were stored again at the bell desk by extremely helpful & friendly staff. Although we did not use these: there was a pool, mini-golf & an exercise area. Overall, highly recommend if you're going to Tokyo DisneySea (extremely popular & busy!) and/or Disneyland. At the end of our 3 nights stay we took the Limousine Bus (pre-book) from the hotel to Narita Airport (about a 1 hr. trip).

Great location, great staff, but dated and run down accommodations. The carpets were threadbare, the TV old and lacking modern conveniences such as ability to be cast to or run aps like Netflix.

Have you planning to go to Disneyland? This is a perfect location to stay with the family both easy access to the train station that connects you to both theme parks in addition to the restaurants. If you’re flying in from either airport internationally, they both have access which I will recommend shuttle service if you arrive early if not, there is bus transportation that will take you to this hotel. The staff at this hotel was friendly and professional, and was there to assist us to check in early hold onto our luggage and once the rooms were available, they were the ones that put the luggage in the room while we were at Disney once we got back from Disney we were able to go to the room directly. Overall easy access and great experience.

The lobby area is stunning and well kept. The breakfast buffet was good but very very expensive (£20 per person per day). The buses to the station and Bayside are handy and frequent which is excellent. The biggest area this hotel lets down is the condition of the bedrooms. We were on floor 11 in an apparently higher class room but the deco is very aged and old in both style and condition. Paintwork is chipped and wallpaper ripped or stained, especially in the bathroom. The fridge is too small to hold anything more than 2 bottles of water. There is no storage for clothing, no drawers. Carpets in the corridor were old and stained.

Staff was very accommodating. The front door people were very helpful with questions about using the taxi services. I would suggest that you make it very clear, both on the hotel website and when booking your stay, that you do not offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel

Our first time in Tokyo and we had a great time. We got the buffet for our whole stay and it was fabulous. There was lots of stores at the mall near Disney train so lots of shopping for gifts were done. My only suggestion would be a late-night convenience store like the Hilton but other than that the service was absolutely fantastic! Thanks Sheraton.
