Rooms was poorly cleaned quite dusty staining to curtains, sink didn’t work properly it leaked from underneath, I did contact reception who was quite polite and helpful in sending someone to see if it could be fixed as they was at full capacity unfortunately it wasn’t able to be fixed, although great customer service at reception, I didn’t have a fully functioning room, extremely noisy I know that can be expected on New Year’s Eve, but this was extremely bad there was quite a lot of teens in the hotel which I didn’t mind at first but when it’s 4am and there is people knocking on doors, blasting music, etc it’s quite alarming, i did contact reception which I did feel terrible about doing, they was sending security up which seemed to be of no avail, I’m not certain if I would stay at this hotel again the location was great for the city centre, staff was excellent, the room was extremely modern, was just lacking cleanliness, noise levels extreme, I was unable to speak on behalf of the breakfast which was served as I did not manage to get some sleep until 5:30am, so completely missed breakfast.

The hotel was very clean staff were very friendly. We had an accessable room so there were rails etc in the bathroom and it was like a wet room. There was no plug for the sink which was a bit inconvenient. I phoned reception and someone came to the room within 10 mins.she couldn't explain it and said it might be something to do with it being an accessable room. There was only one chair which was inconvenient especially as it was a double room. Overall not bad

Absolutely loved our stay. Walking distance to The Shambles 5 mins. Nowhere more than a 10 min walk away. Breakfast was superb, a great selection for everyone, the only niggle for my husband was that he had to walk over to the coffee machine for sugar for his cornflakes, the sugar could have been next to the cereal options. Would 100% stay here again.

A modern hotel. Clean and well cared for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with an excellent range of hot and cold food on offer. 10 minutes walk along Piccadilly to the Town Centre with a full range of resturants and pubs. Its quite along walk from the Railway Station, so I would suggest either a taxi or public transport, particularly with cases.
