Great staff, bit noisy on a weekend though

Staff were fantastic, room was clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but has a bit of everything and cooked breakfast bits especially were good quality! Really close to the Curve theatre (which is why we stayed) but slight downside, on a Saturday night there is a lot of noise from singing drunk people on the streets outside 😂🙈

Only sofa beds for children to accomodate adults. I never mentioned children in my booking. Staff very very unhelpful and would do nothing to help . I asked for different rooms and he said the hotel was full. After 20 minutes he said he could give us another room to accommodate us but we would have to pay! So hotel not full at all!! Will never use this hotel again!

I realise that this was a city centre hotel but I think that the surroundings had deteriorated since photos were taken of the pedestrian street to the sude. There is now an extremely busy nightclub with customers to get any sleep until about 5amtalking and smoking immediately in front of the hotel.it was impossible to get any sleep until after 5 am. The staff were sympathetic but wouldn't let me move rooms until the 2nd night. It was still noisy but much better on the top floors.

Overall ok

Room was suitable for a one night stay. Decent price. Good location. Street was a little busy due to it being a Saturday and the window wouldnt shut filly so the noise was a bit annoying to sleep with. Also the room unexpectedly had a door to a connecting room and the people in that room started jiggling the door in the early hours of the morning. Gave me a heart attack.
