Uncomfortable mattress

I stay here for work regularly and have always enjoyed a good nights sleep. This time the mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood! When I mentioned this in the morning the receptionist told me they had replaced all the mattresses and no one else had complained! Which I think is a terrible response! I’ll have to find somewhere else in Leeds from now on.

Excellent hotel in central Leeds

The hotel and room were excellent. Very clean and a particularly comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, a choice of eggs plus different (and better) breads would have made the breakfast and thus stay even better.

We visited for a friend's wedding and stayed overnight beforehand for a few days. The staff are really friendly, and onsite is a lovely restaurant - not cheap, but good food.Rooms fab. Only slight complaint is food could have been a bit hotter at breakfast, but it was lovely. Ww would stay again

Stayed for 2 nights. Was easy to check in & given carpark information. Room was clean & what we expected. Did have to ask for more coffee for second day as wasn’t filled when room was cleaned but this was done very quickly. Overall great stay & would tell anyone else going to Leeds to stay there.
