Very nice hotel, staff are friendly. Clean room. Excellent location very close to Heathrow airport. I would stay there again. I think it's one of the best hotels in Londen , reasonable price too. Thank you Radisson Blu for your hospitality.

Okay for an overnight stay. The hotel is 30+ years overdue a refurbishment. It also needs to do something about its air filtration as the whole hotel smelt strongly of food from the restaurant.

UK hotels are notorious for limiting the cooling capabilities of their in rooms AC units, and even luxury hotels like Sofitel you can’t even get the room cool. However, Radisson Blue allows their AC units to actually make the room cold, which I have to have. I can’t sleep under one of their heavy duvets when the room isn’t cool. So if being able to actually control the room’s air temperature is important to you and you need it to actually GET COLD, then Radisson Blue is the hotel for you, because all the other hotels will skimp on their power usage and won’t allow their customers rooms to adequately cool. So go with Radisson and you won’t be disappointed. Their morning dining breakfast is wonderful too.

Property is a little dated but in good condition. There are USB ports available, but was told that none work. This was inconvenient for an international traveller with no power adapter. Otherwise would recommend.

Convenient to the airport without the jet noise. Well connected to public transportation; however, not many dinning options around. Concierge is very helpful. Breakfast staff in dinning room can use more training. Stay for 3 nights and each morning when asked for tea with lemon was a big deal for the same waitstaff.

No breakfast service

It’s a radison blue and not some cheap hostel.. it’s an airport hotel… but we couldn’t get any type of breakfast for our early morning flight. The only reason we stay in an airport hotel is that the flight is early morning, I expected the hotel to have some kind of service for early morning flights. I staid in hostels that had that service, I am therefore surprised that radison blue could not solve that service. We also pre paid for breakfast but no breakfast was available for an earlier morning flight. Disaster

I like all, except that they did not offer a transport to the airport. I paid $30 for a 5 minute taxi drive to the airport. I had no idea of the fare beforehand. I think they might have helped with other transport arrangements.

Had a lovely stay, place was very nice, staff friendly, bed comfortable. We used the bus 111 had a 5 minute walk. I have a fussy husband so we didn't go to the restaurant, there's a McDonald's right next door which was handy. 🙂
