Great location, close to everything. Gorgeous hotel and rooms! And staff very friendly and attentive. Only complaint is we felt the parking charge per night is very expensive, we only realised it wasn’t included in our stay on the way there so ended up doing the park and ride instead. Helpful staff. Clean, well furnished room - spacious, king size, comfortable bed & good pillows, classy armchair & desk chair. Coffee machine & kettle / teas & biscuits. Fridge, iron + board, safe, sockets at sides of bed had USB chargers. Good shower, bathrobes provided. Air con / heating was efficient, but a bit noisy. Valet parking very convenient, though a little pricey (£48 per night). Didn’t use bar / restaurant apart from breakfast.
