We only stayed for one night and the staff are super nice especially Malahat (I hope I got your name correct)! She assisted us when we were checking in and she’s been such a great help! My request for more towels have been provided and she even got us utensils and extra duvet when we asked for it. The room was nice, they have an A/C which was a necessity since it was really hot when we got to Victoria. The location is convenient since it’s close to almost everything (restaurants, cafes and even drugstores). Will probably stay here again when we come back.

Great location!

Great location and walkable to town, harbor, and all the touristy sites! Stayed for two nights. Loved having the multiple pubs and bars connected to the hotel for drinks & dinner options. The bed wasn’t as comfy as other hotels we’ve stayed at & the hotel is older but that wasn’t a deal breaker. It was clean & super quiet for us on the 3rd floor. Can’t beat the location. Parking is extra at 15 dollars per night but it was easy to find and cheap price. We loved the charm of the hotel & would stay again!
