We stayed here for one night. The check in was so easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The decor and aesthetic of the hotel is really beautiful. Everything is very clean with a lot of amenities. We used self park, it’s right below the hotel with an easy access elevator for moving your luggage. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean, it’s walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants. They even have a grocery store right here if you wanted to pick up fresh foods for your self which I have found super convenient. It’s a beautiful spot and I would definitely recommend.

Nancy Greene created this beautiful hotel and Crystal Lodge has kept the magic. It’s the focal point of Whistler and connects to everything. We loved the history, the conveniences, the location in the heart of the village. We loved the mountain views and hope that our choice of hotel also reflected our wish to keep more of our dollars in Canadian operated businesses. All of the staff we met were delightful. Parking was convenient and they had so many little touches that we found thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again next time!
