It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, right in the center of the village. The old spaghetti factory was right down stairs. We were able to enjoy hot tub during the cold weather. Though had to pay extra for parking, but would highly recommend staying at this place.

Amazing hotel! Staff were fantastic! Rooms were spotless! We were so close to the gondalas and restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel!

I believe this is our second stay at Crystal. Big plus for being one of the closest hotels to the lift. We’ll probably go there again for this. Definitely only steps away from restaurants and shops. It’s an older hotel and they’ve decent job modernizing it. Great local pub and Starbucks in the same building we’re a plus also. EV parking was convenient and no additional charge from the standard $39 parking fee. You can probably get lower parking rates outside the hotel (usually 2 days limit). The only negative was the very bulky pillows. Perhaps they offer softer flat pillows, I was too lazy to ask at the front desk. They offered two hours later check-out for $50. A nice option to have if you wanted to use the hot tub and shower after half a day of skiing/boarding… longer would’ve been better, we understand the room still needs to be cleaned for the next guest. Cheers :)

Good rooms at affordable prices with parking (fee). Location is near the lifts and close to shopping and dining. Bathroom in my room was small with no place to put my travel kit. They need to put in a shelf when there is no counter space.
