There is a noise you can hear in that room that sounds like some kind of machine running. You can hear it about every 10-15 min and it runs day/night. I was in room 519. I also did not have a robe/slippers in my room which I had to request. The sign in the room says the coffee shop opens at 6am but it does not open until 630am. I have stayed here before and had a much better experience so perhaps it was just this room. I booked directly through the hotel last time and perhaps I was given a less desired room because I booked on Expedia.

The hotel was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The property is along Songhees Parkway which is pretty in itself. The breakfast was delicious and filling as well as the staff was amazing! Ellen during the week and Joey in weekends, both incredible servers. The property is walkable to .OST things downtown with parking available for a fee! We had a wonderful stay!!

It wasn’t what we expected!! Not as high end as we wanted it to be!! Pretty average! Ambiance was so so!! Rooms were boring and not inviting!! Stayed in many Victoria hotels, this is probably the worst of them all!! My daughter had to wait past the 4pm to get checked in!! Didn’t get a free breakfast!! Not a lot of information when checking in either!!
