Amazing check-in experience. We had childcare cancel on short notice and needed to bring our kids with us, the staff upgraded our room to a larger space to help make our stay with young kids more comfortable. Very grateful!

All the staff were very friendly. We were happy to get a nice quiet room. The only downsides were the sauna was closed and there were signs all over the pool area about upgrading so it was confusing to know what was open and what was closed. The fireplace in our room didn't work at first but a tech came quickly to fix it. The fan in the ceiling made a loud ticking noise and woke us up frequently through the night. One of the robes had a stain on it. No other issues. Location is great.

We got a free upgrade to a loft room, which was a really nice surprise. The place had high ceilings and a cozy fireplace that made it feel extra comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay.
