Super slow check-in (which is really not anyone’s fault) but once we got to the room, there was a cleaning rag left on the ground, dirty sheets in the fold out bed, and there were hair ties left on the ground in the shower. Obviously the room was not cleaned attentively, and for what we paid, that’s unacceptable. When we called down to the desk several times to provide this feedback, no one bothered picking up

This is a beautiful and well kept hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is very close to the Whistler Gondola and the Fitzsimmons lift for both Mountain biking and skiing. It is close to many restaurants and great Apres spots. It is also close to shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. I will stay here again.
