We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Pinnacle Harbourfront! The staff were exceptional. The food was amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding. Unlimited bottled water was a big plus. We also received a welcome bag with nice goodies inside. We can't say enough positive about this hotel! The Expedia upgrade and food vouchers were a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Thank you Expedia and Pinnacle!!!

I love the area and property itself. Friendly staff, quick response on the requests. Could advise a little improvement in restaurant for food itself and pack to go pack and small advice it nice to have 2 sets of bathroom amenities if you have 2 arrival guest in room. Excellent hotel, well worth paying a little more for a harbour view and balcony room. Great location for everywhere really but particularly the waterfront. Highly recommended.

Always the best experience. The hot tub was not in service which we should have been notified of before and during the stay as we always do the hot tub at hotels with so much walking we do. Other than that, it was just the best time.

I booked a "Premium" Harbourview room expecting the best. While the view on the 16th floor was ok , it was showing between 2 high rise towers and our room was beside a cement wall. Little patio was a benefit but no patio furniture so couldn't sit outside. The room itself was clean enough and bed was comfortable however everything else felt very old and outdated. Carpet was a bit buckled in areas. Parking was included in our booking but we didn't bring a vehicle therefore no benefit from that. Housekeeping was pretty good and fast to respond. Restaurant food was good. Overall the room amnionce was less than we expected and did not feel "premium" so a bit disappointing. Not sure I would stay there again.

The hotel its self was clean and comfortable. On our reservation we booked a room with a partial harbour view- we did not get that. Some where between booking and arrival are room was changed to a standard.

Awesome location, Beautiful views

Great location! Nice hotel. They gave me a complimentary upgrade which was a nice surprise. My rooom had an amazing view of the waterfront and mountains! Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, close to everything.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The reception and restaurant staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nicely updated, clean, comfortable with an exceptional full view of the harbour at Coal Harbour. The restaurant had a good menu with reasonable pricing and good service. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel given the good room quality, exceptional views of the harbour, good restaurant, wonderful location and excellent customer service.
