We had a lovely stay. Lots of people using the pool with kids for spring break. The gym was wide open and really well kept. Our room was nice, no issues. Great location and the staff was lovely and helpful. If parking there, just remember there is a height restriction so might have trouble if a bigger suv or a storage container on top.

The rooms were clean and the staff was beyond amazing. Our room was always tidyed up after coming back for the day. Our housekeeper was the swertest woman ever and always ensures we had everything we needed. We would absolutley stay here again.

This property is centrally located to everything downtown Vancouver has to offer. One thing I didn’t consider is having to pay for parking, but is located downtown and that is to be expected.

Fix the elevators

Seriously. I like the place and maybe the price was reasonable because the elevators were out (not sure if at times there was only one in service) could have been two. But wow what a wait.

We enjoyed how close to the Hullo ferry the hotel is. They have check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm, we think that's great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful view of the harbor. Staff was excellent. Restaurant in the hotel was good. They are updating the hotel this yesr but we saw no contruction. Would definitely stay here again!
