Was a good size apartment, liked the location and the view. Being serviced every day was nice. The apartment had been newly renovated except for the bathtub. Found the bath difficult to get out of, just a rail to hold on to would be a great help. Also the sliding door to the bedroom wouldn't close, so using kitchen if someone was sleeping didn't work.

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a very roomy apartment. One of the beds (king) was 2 singles put together. One side was on a major lean . It was hard to sleep cos I was slipping off because of the slant the mattress was on :((. The noise outside was aweful because of loud cars and people talking and yelling .. it died down around midnight. The property is in a great location and the staff were very helpful.

Great location & room especially the ocean view, unfortunately they are doing works on the sand, mind you it's been going on for 2 years now. Not the properties fault but perhaps give us better rates for the inconvenience when all we want to hear is the ocean. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.

Location was great. The room was dispointing, the bathroom felt dirty in room 706. The floor as you entered felt like oil was on the floor not mopped a s cleaned properly. For the price paid really felt disappointed with the bathroom and general cleanliness. Another note the "island bench " in the kitchen one of the casters is broken and it is extremely unstable. Glenelg itself is a nice place and the location of the oaks is good. Unfortunately that is where it then starts to go downhill.
