This property is a 2.5/3 star property at best. The beds are comfy and the shower hot. That’s what gives it that rating. Other than the loverly person that checked me in and an amazing young lady with dark brown hair the rest of the front desk staff are, new, not very knowledgeable and when things go wrong unapologetic. When concerns were raised, there was no compensation provided or even an apology and considering that was apart of the service pretty upsetting. However when a complaint was made at checkout and the manager making remarks about myself to the other two front desk staff as I was leaving, with a smirk on their face is pretty revolting.

Nice hotel , suite was good size , convenient to restuarants and transport, staff were very helpful . Was disappointed with pool area water features were not working , no pool lounges as shown in web site was looking forward to chilling on a bed while reading a book ,was part of reason for booking , if no longer having them suggest they remove from advertising , is a bit misleading.

Great rooms. Noise from the street ruined it - Take some earplugs in case you get put in a room close to the main road. The sound insulation is not good. Messed up the bedding requests, had to remind them on three separate occasions, possibly didn't communicate properly from Expedia to the hotel. Had to ask for the VIP food & drink vouchers for each room. Contstant stream of people going in/ out of the lift all night, kids running up & down the hallways in the middle of the night

I'm becoming a bit of a regular here now. Managed to utilise he awesome rooftop pool area again, which was lots of fun. Some friends and I had a happy hour drink at the bar, which was an absolute bargain! Cheers Rocko. :D

Check in was a breeze, in contact prior to my booking to see if there was anything they could help with. Through out stay, checked to see if needed anything. Housekeeping were amazing and lovely. All staff at reception were lovely to talk to and knowledgeable. Professional at all times. Parking made easy by paying a fee (which I would have had to pay for off site anyway). Definitely recommend and will return for next holiday. Only gripe, Cafe's closed on Saturdays and Sundays? Adelaide, come on? Seriously, how can that be? Had to walk twice the distance to get coffee on the weekend... all of 500m :) but 3 cafes within 100m closed for the weekend, how you gonna do a tourist like that, Adelaide? :)
