The surroundings are lovely, featuring a variety of cafes and restaurants, making it a convenient location for dining. The area is well connected in terms of transportation, which is a definite plus. It's an excellent choice for a stay during autumn or winter. However, it's worth noting that the hallways can be a bit noisy in the mornings around 8:00 due to staff beginning their cleaning activities. This might be something to consider for those who value a quieter atmosphere in the early hours.

The door to our apartment was open when we got there. A guest passing by at the time commented that it had been open all day from cleaning. Shower uncomfortable and small. Room small and hard to move about.

Great location, exactly what we needed. Juwt be aware that onsite parking is a bit on the tight side if you have a big car. After 1st night contacted reception for more pillows as only one each supplied and they were very full/high - too high to sleep comfortably with resulting in very sore necks. Housekeeping did bring 2 more "normal" size pillows for us so that was fabulous. A stool or something to use as a bedside table on the window side of the bed is much needed.

An economic, safe, quiet option on Melbourne St. Lots of local dining options and easy access to the CBD. The art on the walls adds to the experience, and the private outside area was great to relax in. The AC kept us cool, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, as was the hanging space. For two people the wardrobe was too small and a little difficult to access

Affordable hotel in beautiful north Adelaide, rooms are small so you will want to use for sleeping only,as limited space to stretch out and relax, I have used minima for a long time for when I just need a bed and plan to be out and about ,room was clean however hotel is in need of refurbishment as rooms looking a bit tired, i feel minima more suited to single travellers than to couples
