This property is located in NW corner of Adelaide CBD, near North Terrace and King William Street. Easy walk to Rundle Mall, the main shopping strip. Car park is off site, but nearby, entry on Blythe Street. Multiple eating options within half hour walk of hotel. Also, walkable distance to Festival Theatre, Central market near Victoria Square, and Chinatown. Drive to airport about 20 minutes or so.

Breakfast at Holiday Inn is always good, but Australian Holiday Inn was even better, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a central location and car rental right across the street.
