The staff were friendly and greeted you every time you saw them. If you asked for anything they would get it for you straight away. The breakfast was great but it would be nice to have a meal there in the evening if you didn’t want to go out. Only snacks are on offer. The facilities were lovely and clean and the room serviced every day. The only thing I didn’t like was the glass bathroom especially if you are in a share room. There is not much privacy as you can see a person’s silhouette through the glass even though it is frosted with a pattern. The location was great as it was close to everything and only a short stroll to Rundle Mall, Casino, Railway Station, Trams and buses.

Biggest problem with this hotel (partly my fault) is parking, no onsite parking available. Having to use the Wilsons next door became quite expensive even after the Hotels discount. The staff were great and the free breakfast is a bonus, if only everything was hot, even the coffee machine produced luke warm coffee. If you don't have to park your car, I would recommend this hotel. Right in the middle of town, easy access to shops and restaurants.

The location was absolutely fabulous - just a short walk to Rundal Mall, the train station is so close, and Central market is a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and housekeeping done every day. The breakfast included with tge room charge was the icing on the cake. Will definately stay here again.

Draw of the luck

We have booked two rooms, which we SPECIFICALLY requested for quiet rooms. Our room was directly opposite an outdoor bar, The LOUD music kept us awake till after 3am. We had a horrible night. Our parents had a quiet room. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and good breakfast. But make sure they do not put you in the room opposite the bar.
