Very different to photos. Bathroom needs deep clean - lots of mould. Whole apartment needed deep clean - walls and skirting boards visibly dirty and full of dust and dirt.

The bathroom was full of mould. The side of the cupboard attaching the lounge as filthy- food and fingerprints all over it. The dishwasher smelt shocking. The pool was cold. The spa was out of order. Parking was a nightmare even though parking is attached to the site. It was also extremely expensive to park although I had been told it was included.

The in-room phone is also out of order, making it inconvenient and frustrating to contact reception. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is not working, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range and adds further inconvenience to my stay. Most importantly, I had requested a room with a view well in advance, two weeks prior to my stay, yet I was given a room facing a wall. This was a key part of my booking request, and it feels as though my preference was completely disregarded. On 02/10/2025 at around 10:30 am, the white lady in charge at the reception was extremely rude and displayed a dismissive attitude when I asked if there was another room available for an upgrade. Her behavior was unprofessional, discourteous, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. Staff dealing with customers should know how to communicate with basic courtesy, including maintaining professionalism, showing respect, and at the very least offering a welcoming smile. The hostility and lack of respect I experienced were clearly discriminatory and gave the impression of racial bias, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. For the price being charged, I am highly disappointed

Location was good. We were not informed to book ahead for a hotel car park, so had to park in casual car park next door and our car was broken into. The room was dirty, cupboard had spill marks not wiped up. The shower had mould everywhere. The bed quilt had yellow stains on it before we even used it. We asked to be on the same floor as our friends, so we could eat together and we were checking out at different times and going out at different times and was told to just swap key cards instead. We asked again why we couldn’t be on the same floor and was told it was easier to swap cards. Which caused confusion cause all 4 of us were going out and coming back at different times so needed individual cards. I asked if we could have new towels and was told to leave them out our door and housekeeping would give us new ones. I thought that was ridiculous cause someone would just take the towels and then we would be charged. If you want location to tram, and a spacious apartment then yes I recommend. And coffee place downstairs was great.

This property was not very clean, most of the glassware was chipped. Construction was happening next door (not their fault of course), however we were placed in an old room right beside the giant crane so very noisy. The older rooms did not have phones that worked and you had to use a mobile number to contact reception. An upgrade of these rooms is definitely needed. The location is great though.
