The room was really comfortable and clean, the staff went above and beyond and were always very polite and friendly. However, the juxtaposition of the hotel and the pool was quite jarring and disappointing. It was like a long forgotten room that felt outdated and dirty. The hot tub water smelled and the pool was very cold. No one stayed long after arriving and neither did we. The google casting in the room rarely worked and they had a hot water issue on one of the days but it thankfully was resolved that day.

This hotel has always been a favourite.. central exceptional service, decor, and staff. The staff in the Gerard dining room gave us such a great experience!!! I recommend this place to everyone.. it’s a must if your going to Vancouver!!

Impressive customer and manager service

There was an issue in our original room and I addressed the manager right away. He went exceedingly far and beyond to correct the issue. Our entire stay was very comfortable and the hotel is centrally located to everything that my friend and I wanted to go. Vancouver is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location for shopping and attractions. Rooms are older and smaller so they have the standard reflection of use, but overall it was a lovely place to stay.
