The Expedia filter stated an airport shuttle which they didn’t have. The workout facility was under construction this should have been known prior to booking. An alternative workout facility was provided at the Sheraton about a block away.

I like that The Sutton Hotel is central to many other hotels, restaurants, shopping, the water front. It's more vibrant than staying at the waterfront hotels. Always enjoy the staff, the convenient location ( there is a grocery store and wine store and drugstore within a block ) . It's my prefered hotel!

lovely hotel, wish the mini fridge was accessible in our room. such comfy beds and friendly/helpful staff! frustrating that all the amenities cost more money in our room, but we couldn’t store any food ourselves.

We arrived at 7:30 a.m Cesar allowed us to check in at this time & upgraded us to suite. He was very professional, courteous & kind. This was not a holiday trip but a medical trip & his kindness & consideration made it so much easier. From the doorman to the cleaning staff it was a 5 star stay.
