This was our first time staying at this hotel. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We did not expect a kitchenette suite, this was a nice surprise. The housekeeping staff were a little too eager, wanting to clean our room when we just wanted to relax during our two night visit. Although I had the 'Privacy Please' sign on the door, I had to call the front desk to request that we be left alone.

The location of the Rosedale is excellent. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and sites nearby. This hotel offers a lot of value for the price of the stay. The parking is reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, but could use a refresh.
