Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel. Pool and hot tub was very chlorine and hard on the eyes, but it was relaxing otherwise. Restaurant in hotel had great food and drinks. Conveniently located with in walking distance to BC place, Rogers Arena and the shopping district. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

We love the bright living room and kitchen in the upper level rooms. The beds are awesome. Staff helped us get the room we wanted. The only issue we had was it was right beside the house keeping supply closet and staff was allowing the door to slam shut over and over early in the morning and it was right beside the bed and very loud. They stopped after we talked to them.

We had a great stay here! So close to the game we saw, we loved the uniqueness of our room (it had a kitchenette) and it was a large suite for a sweet price! Yes, it was dated (yet VERY clean), and to get to our room from the parking garage almost required a map (we did make it though!) Simply put, you can't beat this location and we will definitely stay again - very cozy ♥ Thank YOU!
