Exactly what my boys and I needed. We came for the bike park. Easy, safe, secure parking lot for our car and their bikes. Staff were all pleasant. The rooms were perfect with amazing beds and pillows. We’ll be back!

Avoid.

Where to begin. Not allowed to use luggage cart unless you pay for it (tip). Was refused. Complained advised sorry what can we do - heard nothing back. Empty body lotion containers in both bathrooms had to call reception for them to be filled? Only decaf coffee again needed to ask staff who were in the hallway cleaning other rooms. second bathroom sink would not drain unless you physically had to lift plunger? Construction work directly outside our window (golf driving range). Dirty fridge and dishes - everything needed to be washed prior to using.

We had a great stay. Comfy beds and pillows. Easy checkin and check out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A bonus was that the resort fee includes a 2hr free bike rental at the store attached to the hotel.

Edge of Village Perfect Location

The Hilton Whistler was lovely, but surprisingly full of kids which seemed out of place with elegant surroundings. The room was comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool with amazing mountain views.

The poolside service lacked. The waitress didn’t ask people if they wanted anything, you had to flag her down and hopefully she heard you…more money could be made out there if the server actually asked people if they would like something….someone joined a family at the pool, I don’t think he was even staying at the hotel, and was drinking beer he brought which is not allowed per the sign on the door to the pool area. The restaurant needs to have regular breakfast options besides the very expensive buffet, I could never eat my moneys worth for breakfast nor did I want to spend $150 for the 3 of us for breakfast, that’s crazy, I would just like some eggs and toast but not an option.
