mountain view obstructed, staff did not deliver requests on time, required several follow ups, fireplace has 1 firelog delivered good only for 2 hrs. requests for more firelogs on 2nd day and coffee cups we had to make several follow up calls. the hotel is empty. every restaurant was closed during our stay. washroom has no shower gel. requested for refill which was delivered late. breakfast or any in room order unavailable. we ended up ordering pizza delivery not staying at hilton again. very disappointing experience

We are so overjoyed with our visit to the Hilton Whistler! The staff was wonderful and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean and perfectly located in the village.

Great location in the Village, rooms are clean and quiet. Service at the pool was a bit spotty as it seemed no one wanted to do the rounds outside and empty water jug and glasses from the day before were still out the next day.
