The Space:

Snow-laden trees frame the windows as you step inside, where the quiet of the mountains meets the warmth of a crackling fire. Mornings begin with coffee in hand, watching light filter through the forest, while evenings draw everyone together after a day out in the alpine air. Whether you are unwinding indoors or easing into the hot tub as the cold settles in, the house invites you to slow down and reconnect.



Living spaces

The main floor is arranged for time together, anchored by an open-plan living area with a wood-burning fireplace and generous seating. High ceilings and expansive windows bring the winter landscape close, while a separate media den offers a quieter corner to relax with games and a smart TV. Downstairs, the garage becomes a gathering spot of its own, set up with ping pong, foosball, and darts for friendly competition.



Sleeping arrangements

With space for up to 12 guests, the home’s six bedrooms are spread across three levels for comfort and privacy. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath and shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another features a king bed and ensuite. A nearby powder room adds convenience. The lower level hosts a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath and shower combo.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing shared meals, with everything you need to cook and serve comfortably. A breakfast bar seats three for casual mornings, while the dining area seats ten for longer, unhurried dinners after a day outdoors.



Outdoor living

Two outdoor areas extend the living space into the crisp mountain air. A wrap-around balcony is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and space to gather, while the rear deck is home to an 8-person hot tub overlooking the yard. The backyard offers an open, grassy area to step outside and take in the surroundings. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock.

High-speed WiFi and dedicated workspace areas make it easy to stay connected when needed. The home includes washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning, heating, and portable fans.
