I had such a great experience at the Hilton Vancouver. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk team went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton stay. The bed was amazing, and I really appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries, a great coffee setup, and beautiful city views. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with top-notch service and comfort. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver!

Everything was fine once the check-in happened. They couldn't find my check in and I waited around the lobby for close to an hour before i finally went to my son's room. We had a game to go to at 4 pm and we received a phone call that my check in was ready but when i went down it still took about 20 minutes. At one point I suggested they just give me my prepaid money back and I would sleep on the couch in my son's room, but that wasn't going to happen!

The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were outstanding - Very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in a convenient area for fast food, restaurants and shops. Many of the cities top sites can be reached by walking within 20 minutes. I would recommend it to anybody visiting Vancouver.
