The staff at the Hilton Downtown Van were so kind and helpful! Our room was spotless and the linens good quality. The mattress could be improve. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable home away from home. The location is central to everything! Thank you to the Hilton for a lovely trip!!

The hotel was a bit old and had a slightly dated feel, but the location was fantastic — it was super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Wonderful time, staff amazing, rooms could probably need some updates. Only 2 elevators so sometimes you r waiting awhile to catch a lift. Pool , hot tub , work out gym r excellent. So is the sauna and steam room. Big bonus having that available
