The room was much smaller than it appeared on the hotel website. Soundproofing between the walls could be improved We had to complain to reception on one night due to the loud voices from the adjoining room. However this was acted on immediately by staff and the noise ceased. Breakfast was good - variety and the staff excellent.

This is our usual go-to choice when staying in Melbourne (2x Adults with 1x Child). But their recent change of only servicing your room every three days means that a weekend away will not allow you to experience a 'new room' feeling when arriving back from your daily travels. This is making me feel like we stayed in a Motel rather than a CBD Hotel.
