Accessibility great. Access to city and Southbank, esp arts centre area and events so close. ALL staff friendly and helpful. Brekkie included also useful. Only downer was a loud air conditioning unit in my room.

I had a city view room that was very nice. The hotel was conveniently located. The only constructive feedback would be that the breakfast service was overwhelmed by the crowd.

Great value for money, great location, great breakfast but the line for check in was ridiculous and the worst I’ve struck. If heck in is at 2pm and your full or close to then why don’t you roster staff appropriately. The check in line was back to the elevators ( about 14 people in front of me )and 2 people on reception. The 2 staff were also on the phone, sorting out peoples internet and keys not working issues and it took over half an hour. Apart from that it was good .

Another great stay. It’s so easy to check in , park and get to room from car park ! Staff are friendly and breakfast was nice also! Room was great , quiet and in a great position Will be back in a couple of weeks again!

Unfortunately our stay was not good at all. It started with us ordering room service to find that our order ( which was a process in itself) was not actioned and after a 45 minute wait for buffalo wings and fries and a glass of wine, we had to pick it up from reception and the wine did not materialise. Breakfast was ordinary with bad service . My husband walks with a wheel walker and we were jammed into a space when the staff closed the sliding door marking “ the end of breakfast”. Staff generally unhelpful and quite rude. Bathroom in our room had a n awful smell and the aircon couldn’t be altered. I also couldn’t contact hotel beforehand as Phone connection never worked.

Location is good in regards to Southbank being just a few minutes walk away. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were friendly, reasonable amount of options available at breakfast, although not a big fan of the coffee machines, they have the same one across the road at 7 Eleven. Overall we were happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest it could have been. I wanted them to do housekeeping one of the days but all they did was turn the sheets over. I knew this because there was a stain on one of the sheets that had been on the outside and was now on the inside. There was also something very sticky on the bedside table giving me the idea they didn’t wipe any of it down between guests. That’s my only complaint.

The hotel was in a great location for going to the Australian Open and other tours that we took. The buffet breakfast was great, except you had to pay for decaf coffee which doesn't seem fair with regular coffee available and free. The room was good but the bathroom configuration was awful. It is very small and not user friendly for two people. Otherwise the hotel was good.
