Good Position

A great place to stay close to Southbank and the CBD with an excellent breakfast selection. The only complaint is that ABC 2 is not available on the TV, go figure!

The carpet was dirty and had not been cleaned before we arrived. After the first night we put the room service sign out for it to be cleaned. After we came back the floor still hadn’t been vacuumed. The surfaces in the room were dusty and the walls were dirty as well. On a positive note it’s in a great location.

What a great place to stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and location was close to everything we wanted during our Melbourne staycation. Would have given 5 stars all round but unfortunately the room was far too warm. Was very hard to sleep in 😔…that said, I would definitely stay here again.
