Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are always clean and neat. The only negative comment about my recent stay was I paid for an “accessible” room, as I need the larger bathroom to move easily and safely, but was given a standard small room. But it’s been perfect always apart from that one error.

bit naff, the rooms weren't great and the pool room was dark and dingy felt quite creepy when I was down there. someone also let themselves into my room when I was in there so I felt pretty unsafe for the 1 night I was there, glad I didn't have to be there for any longer.

Room was ok, beds were comfortable, however the carpet needed cleaning and there were no small wash-cloths. Check-in staff member was friendly but the check-out staff were disinterested until I said something about it to get their attention.
