Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and staff were friendly. The skybus station was 5 minutes from the hotel with convenience stores Coles across the road, DFOs, chemists, coffee shops and lots of dining places at a walking distance and CBD police station nearby.

Room was decently clean. Polite and courteous staff. Clean beds. Good breakfast. Did not like room service. Trash was left in the room as it is. No microwave, water kettle was rusty, no plastic paper cups or glasses provided.
