Clean and tidy but a very outdated apartment. Spacious living areas but tiny rooms - no where to fit a suitcase. Location is ok but nothing in the immediate area, so with melbournes 4 seasons in a day you gotta walk quite a bit to get any food or drinks. Its nice they give some milk in the fridge, but no tea or coffee available?? If all you want is a clean place to sleep then this will do.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean but the additional services were seriously lacking. Wifi was terrible, Chromecast didn’t work at all and no follow up to have it fixed, kettle was leaking and replacement still leaked

Their communication needs to improve. Asked reception to send housekeeping in the morning, only to return and ask again. House keeping on the first day did nothing other than just making the bed. Property is excellent but the service not so much
